Interfaces managed

The equipment is checked against upstream and downstream process duty, mechanical fit, electrical supply, automation signals, maintenance access, installation sequence and operating responsibility.

Verification may include approved drawings, material records, inspection points, QA documentation, FAT, release records, SAT and commissioning acceptance as applicable.

Lifecycle continuity

Equipment identity, drawings, parts information, service history and upgrade knowledge are retained to support operating continuity.
